no its illegal to mistreat animals and in most states its a crime

mistreating animals goes from kicking/beating them...to malnurishing, and even includes the bodily harm when you repeatedly get them pregnant.

Furthermore while they 'attempted' to seek medical attention by thinking that they could get away with everything medical for a dollar is downright disrespectful and disgusting of a human being.

Next time you do decide to comment like this...maybe it would be better suited for you to comment in the post rather than in my personal journal.
