Well, ive made a decision with everyone who asks me for layout help to not do it FOR them, but i will help you out as much as you need. and this one is easy.
(1) go here: http://www.livejournal.com/customize/
(2) change the style system to S2, click change. then in the menu below that, switch to component, and click change. that'll give you the exact same look as mine. the basic look anyway. pamelajoy has other tutorials to help with customizing!
