i have worked at this store for good time now and the store manager we have had now for 2 years is a nightmare and his entire managemant team also! the store manager has written employees up and fired them for not giving eye contact and for getting one minute over time! we have alot of hard workers there but you can only take so much the co manager is dumb as dirt and talks to people like were not human you are expected to do your departmeant plus othiers and one person to maintain a entire area and all your freightevery thing done in 8 hours are you are wrote up and fired no matter how hard you work are how much help you ask for you will never get the help the assitant managers only sit in the office they never help one assitant manager i had ran from me i would ask a question and he would say ill get back with you and never would!and he held a swas meting and didt evean know wahat it was and couldt answer any of our questions how the hell do they get to become assitants and co managerd if they cant answer our questions are work period why are they here? there all in the way getting a free check while they srentch all of us out!!our walmart in taylors has the most turn over! and if you work there one day you will see why! our store manager and the co lakita is so fake! scott the store manager has no respect for anyone!like i said some of the workers are getting wrote up for over time some get all theycan!how can this managmant team get by with treating the employees so badly????
